* lisp/emacs-lisp/pcase.el: Allow (F . ARGS) in `app' patterns.
(pcase--funcall, pcase--eval): New functions.
(pcase--u1): Use them for guard, pred, let, and app.
(\`): Use the new feature to generate better code for vector patterns.
